Prototype & Sampling

Our high-tech Models/Samples are made by experienced technicians who CNC a combination of plastic composites to create an accurate mould representation for your benefit. A sampling of vacuum-formed parts using an aluminum modeling tool is then sent to you for design approval. We provide a prototype of your product to ensure the samples align with your design intent. The vacuum-formed samples aid both you and the Hiplex Designer in proving the part's general size, fit, and function before investing in full production tooling.
